The company was founded in 2004 by private individuals in order to unite the efforts of the country's leading lawyers to provide legal services to both local and foreign companies. The company’s original name was “ADVICE” Expert Bureau”. Over time, the company began to expand the scope of its services, and in addition to legal services, it began to provide consulting services in the fields of information, legal consulting, the public sector, the public procurement, insolvency (bankruptcy) taxation, business valuation, mergers and acquisitions of businesses, organizational structure and development, privatization and personnel management.
In 2017, Zhapak Mykhayev and Markhaba Balguzhina became company partners, and the company got its new name – “Family Prosperitas”.
